I was incredibly lucky to receive an invitation from Martin Tiefenthaler to speak at the tga symposium in Austria last week. The location, Raabs an der Thaya, is the most beautiful conference location anyone could imagine.

Over four days, talks by old friends, famous type designers, artists, philosophers and design educators gave us a lot of inspiration and fuel to keep fulfilling our purpose as designers.

It was a treat especially to get to spend time with people I admire from near and far.

And I was very excited to be able to talk about Dear How to: and my experience as an information designer.
